Unit 4: How the Constitution has been changed to further the Ideals in the Declaration of Independence
Essay Test Prompt:(you may use an outline and all notes on the test, however, it is timed so be prepared!) Essay outline government.doc
Choose two ideals from the D of I and assert to what extent these ideals have been realized through the Constitution.
- Please support your assertions using political parties, judicial review, the 14th Amendment and the expansion of suffrage (choose at least three).
- Within your essay (I suggest it be within your thesis) you must include idea of the Constitution being “finished” or made more complete by the use of the aforementioned topics.
